The prices are per apartment per night for stays lasting two nights or more. Single-night stays are subject to a further charge of CHF 10.-
Rates include visitor tax.
Final cleaning: Single room apartment for 2 persons CHF 15.- per day, two-room apartment for 4 people CHF 20.- per day.
Included in price: bed, kitchen and terrycloth laundry; wellness zone; fitness suite.
Breakfast buffet (per person): Adults CHF 20.- and children CHF 11.- (on request)

The prices are per room per night and include the breakfast buffet.

From 27/06 – 12/10/2025, the following benefits are FREE for you: free participation in the week’s activities laid out by the Samnaun Tourist Board, use of the local bus service, free entry into the “Alpenquell” adventure pool, use of the Samnaun/Ischgl mountain cable car.
Overview of the summer “all-inclusive” offer:
- Use of the L1 twinliner Samnaun-Ravaisch - Alp Trider Sattel from 28.06. - 13.10.2024

- Participation in the activities of the weekly programme laid out by the Samnaun Tourist Board: guided hikes and bike tours, multimedia shows, botanical tours, wildlife-watches etc.
In the summer season of 2024, every overnight guest in Samnaun benefits from the “all-inclusive” offer. This means you’ll have twice as much fun on a summer holiday in the mountains. From 28.06. - 13.10.2024 , you can make use of many FREE benefits simply by showing your guest card, which you’ll receive on checking in to your accommodation.
