Dogs & other pets
Dogs are welcome here. . Cleaning fee: up to 2 nights CHF 25.00, 3 nights or more CHF 50.00 (without feeding). We ask for your understanding that dogs do not have access to the breakfast room. (Pre-registration required)
We can only accept cancellations in writing. Due to the current "special situation Corona-related " you can cancel reservations free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
In case of timely cancellation up to 6 weeks before the arrival date, the cancellation is free of charge; except for the processing fee of CHF 50. For cancellations made less than 6 weeks to 21 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. For short-term cancellations less than 21 days before arrival date, 100% of the accommodation costs will be charged. In the event of early departure, late arrival or "no-show", the full accommodation costs, minus visitor's tax, will be charged.

IS COVID-19 AN INSURED REASON OF CANCELLATION?
Yes! In order to support tourism, the European travel cancellation insurance has decided, despite the pandemic status according to the WHO and although pandemics are not insured anywhere, to insure Covid-19 diseases as well as any other unexpected serious illness with immediate effect. Specifically, this means: The Hotel Cancellation Plus and Premium cover the following reasons in the event of a cancellation or travel interruption by the guest:
- Illness of the guest from COVID-19
- close relative or a person living in the same household falls ill with COVID-19 and the presence of the guest is urgently required at home Fever and suspected corona, even if the test result is negative later
- positive test result with no symptoms
- close relative in the shared household is sick and the guest has to be quarantined
Due to the current corona crisis, we will change the cancellation conditions for winter 2022/23:
In the case of official entry or exit bans which affect your booking period, cancellations are possible at any time free of charge. The down payment already made will be reimbursed for a later stay with us.
The Swiss Hotel Terms and Conditions apply on making a reservation. We’ll confirm your reservation via e-mail.
In order to 100% secure the reservation, we ask you to transfer the requested amount to our bank account on the day it is made.
